We use trusted brands such as Bitzer, Copeland, Danfoss, and Sanyo—ensuring high quality and reliability.
Can you integrate your systems with building automation (BMS)?
Yes, many of our units support BMS integration and we can configure systems to work with PLCs or Modbus interfaces.

What payment terms do you offer?
Our standard terms include 50% down payment and 50% upon delivery or completion, but custom terms may be arranged depending on the project.
Do you accept online or bank transfers?
Yes. We accept payments via bank deposit, online transfers, and checks issued to our company account.
Can you issue official receipts and delivery invoices?
Yes, all transactions are properly documented with Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and Official Receipts for your records.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Unless otherwise specified, all quotations provided are VAT exclusive. The final invoice will reflect the 12% VAT applicable in the Philippines.
